Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a service from Projekt Moksha. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

1. THE SERVICE

Projekt Moksha offers personalised Astro Psychology services delivered as Custom PDF Blueprints and 1-on-1 Live Consultations. Services are based on your natal chart and the personal information provided in your intake form.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reading or consultation. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. ORDERING, DELIVERY & SCHEDULING

  • For Custom PDF: After purchase, you will receive an intake form link by email. Your custom blueprint will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 3 business days of your payment and completed intake form being received.

  • For 1-on-1 Consultations: Sessions must be booked via our scheduling system. You must complete the required intake form prior to your scheduled call.

  • If you purchase multiple services, one intake form covers all services.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The quality and depth of your reading or consultation depend entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Projekt Moksha accepts no responsibility for services that are less accurate due to incorrect or incomplete birth data provided by the client.

5. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Astro Psychology Readings are provided for personal growth, spiritual, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. In accordance with consumer protection laws, these services are legally classified as "for entertainment purposes only." Projekt Moksha is not responsible or liable for any personal, professional, or financial decisions made based on the content of a reading or consultation.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. All personal data, birth details, milestones, and information shared during 1-on-1 consultations or within intake forms are kept strictly confidential. Your personal information will never be sold, published, or shared with third parties.

7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Projekt Moksha reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. If it is determined that our services are not suitable for a client's current needs, or if professional boundaries are violated, the order or consultation may be cancelled and fully refunded at our absolute discretion.

8. COMMUNICATION & BOUNDARIES

Once your PDF reading has been delivered or your 1-on-1 consultation has concluded, Projekt Moksha is not obligated to provide further correspondence, clarification, or support regarding the content of your reading. For general enquiries prior to or after purchase, you may contact us at astro@projektmoksha.com. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours, but this does not constitute ongoing support or a continuing professional relationship.

9. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the highly personalised, time-intensive nature of this work and the preparation required prior to delivery:

  • Custom PDF: We do not offer refunds once your payment and intake form have been received and work has commenced. In the event of a genuine error on our part (e.g., significant factual mistake based on the provided data), we will remake the reading at no additional charge.

  • 1-on-1 Consultations: All sales are final. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments (no-shows) or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the total forfeiture of the session fee.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All readings, blueprints, and website content are the intellectual property of Projekt Moksha. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the content of your reading without written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projekt Moksha and Ram Pillai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

12. MENTAL HEALTH AND CRISIS

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require urgent support, please contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services immediately. Projekt Moksha does not provide clinical therapy or crisis support.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date.
