Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a reading from Projekt Moksha. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

1. THE SERVICE

Projekt Moksha offers personalised Astro Psychology Readings delivered as PDF documents via email. Readings are based on your natal chart and the personal information provided in your intake form.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reading. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. ORDERING AND DELIVERY

- After purchase, you will receive an intake form link by email.

- Your reading will be delivered within 3 business days of payment & intake form being received.

- Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout.

- If you purchase multiple readings, one intake form covers all readings.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The quality and depth of your reading depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Projekt Moksha accepts no responsibility for readings that are less accurate due to incorrect or incomplete birth data provided by the client.

5. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Astro Psychology Readings are provided for personal growth, spiritual, and educational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Projekt Moksha is not responsible for decisions made based on reading content.

6. COMMUNICATION

Once your reading has been delivered, Projekt Moksha is not obligated to provide further correspondence, clarification, or support regarding the content of your reading. For general enquiries prior to or after purchase, you may contact us at astro@projektmoksha.com. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours but this does not constitute ongoing support or a continuing professional relationship.

7. REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalised, time-intensive nature of these readings, we do not offer refunds once your payment & intake form has been received and work has commenced. In the event of a genuine error on our part (wrong reading delivered, significant factual mistake), we will remake the reading at no additional charge.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All readings are the intellectual property of Projekt Moksha. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the content of your reading without written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projekt Moksha and Ram Pillai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. MENTAL HEALTH AND CRISIS

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent support, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. Projekt Moksha does not provide crisis support.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date.
